Frequently Asked Questions
Refund and Access Policy
This section summarizes our refund rules for digital itineraries and when exceptions may apply. It mirrors the refund policy described in our Terms of Service.
All sales final
Because itineraries are digital products and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final.
EU/UK digital content waiver
If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, purchasing a guide means you expressly request immediate access to digital content and waive any statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once access begins.
Exceptions
Refunds are limited and may be approved only for specific cases, such as verified fraud, material misrepresentation of a guide, or technical failure that prevents access.
Refund request procedure
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@forusage.com within seven (7) days of purchase and include order details and a brief explanation. Requests submitted after seven (7) days may be denied.
Final determination
We review refund or chargeback requests in good faith and provide a decision within a reasonable timeframe. If a refund is granted, access to the guide is terminated.
Dispute mediation
We may, but are not obligated to, mediate disputes between buyers and creators. Mediation does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Platform liability
ForuSage is the merchant of record and is responsible for refund and chargeback handling. Chargeback-related costs may be deducted from creator payouts as described in our Terms.
